About the Job:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing team in New Delhi.
- This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients (B2B) to drive sales across our range of insurance products (Life, Corporate, and General Insurance).
- The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales of Life, Corporate, and General Insurance products to B2B clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
New Client Acquisition:
- Actively identify and acquire new B2B clients to expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products (Life, Corporate, and General Insurance).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies across all channels.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage client data and sales pipeline.
Requirements and Skills:
Education: MBA (Recent graduates are welcome to apply).
Experience:
- Prior experience in B2B sales is highly preferred, but not mandatory for recent MBA graduates.
- Internship experience in sales or a related field will be considered.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits to clients.
Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Customer Focus:
- A customer-centric attitude with a strong desire to understand and meet client needs.
Relationship Building:
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Sales Acumen:
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
Product Knowledge:
- A willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of insurance products.
Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethics.
