Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients for NRI banking services.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for various bank products such as deposits, credit cards, loans, etc. to existing HNI/NRI customers.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to NRI services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in NRI Sales or similar roles within the banking industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of CASA acquisition strategies and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with high net worth individuals.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
