Account Executive

LIVIO Building System is looking for: Account Executive

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Financial Transactions: Handle daily financial transactions, including verifying, recording, and processing payments, receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain General Ledger: Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger by reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.
• Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue to ensure they align with financial forecasts.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with India tax regulations by preparing and submitting accurate tax returns and liaising with tax authorities when necessary.
• Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation as required.
• Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting of cash balances and identify discrepancies.
• Expense Management: Monitor company expenses, analyze spending patterns, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports for management, providing insights into the companys financial health and performance.
• Vendor and Client Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and clients by ensuring timely payments and addressing any billing inquiries.
• Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely filing of statutory reports such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support Financial Planning: Assist senior management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making by providing key financial insights.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Minimum Four years of experience processing Accounts Payable invoices, preferably in a manufacturing & Product development Industry

2. Prior experience working with an A/P, G/L integrated software system

3. Advanced level of Excel

4. Must possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles

5. Highly efficient and organized

6. Proven experience as an accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant

7. Familiarity with financial accounting statements

8. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

9. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

10. Accuracy and attention to detail

11. Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

12. Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
