Account Executive - Senior

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining of Book of Accounts Computerized.
• Reconciliation outstanding payable & Receivable.
• Creating & Posting all type of Vouchers (Cash, Bank and journals etc.) & making invoices.
• Maintaining Ledger Day to Day.
• Monthly GST Return Filling & GST Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of TDS Return.
• Making Invoices & Credit notes in Tally.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement, reconciliation of Party Ledger A/C.
• Verify the Bills as per work order for the Payment.
• GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B preparation and filing
• Knowledge about Bill of Material(BOM) entry in Tally.•

Preferred candidate profile

• B.com or M.com with Strong Accounting Knowledge
• Relevant experience of above 4 years in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Proficient knowledge of Tally Software (latest version).
• Active personality with client handling capabilities.
• Should have good Knowledge of GST
• Candidate should be from Manufacturing industry.
