About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will lead the creation of design, development, and implementation of user-facing features, ensuring seamless user experiences and highly performant applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building exceptional web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and responsive web applications along with mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React.js, React native).
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
• Writing unit tests and e2e tests using Vitest, React Testing Library, Jest or Cypress.
• Ensure efficient rendering using React best practices.

Code Quality & Standards

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement best practices in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, Collaboration.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new features.
• Proficiency in React.js (hooks, Rendering, Lifecycle Methods and more ).
• Experience in Optimising bundle size, lazy loading, and memoization techniques.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good experience in Figma design tool or any other equivalent tool for UI/UX.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React,Reactive native, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Jotai, Pinia).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
• Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of frontend performance tuning and best practices.
• UI/UX: Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design principles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Specializing in React applications designed for embedded systems with limited processing power.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
