Role Overview:
- The Centre Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service within a designated center or branch.
- They develop and execute sales plans, monitor sales metrics, and collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives..
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer retention, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, including setting targets, allocating resources, and controlling expenses.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Hands on experience in building & handling large team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
