Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service agents.
• Ensure team meets KPIs and performance targets.
• Conduct coaching sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor call metrics and provide feedback.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO voice process.
