Position Title: HR Executive cum Client Billing & Payment Follow-Up Executive

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and benefits.

Address grievances and assist in resolving employee conflicts.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance appraisal process.

Help in the development of performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.

Maintain training records and reports.

Billing Management:

Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.

Ensure invoices are accurate and reflect agreed terms.

Payment Collection:

Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payments.

Maintain regular communication to ensure timely payments.

Record Keeping:

Update and maintain billing records in the accounting system.

Generate and review reports on aging accounts and payment status.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with clients to promote timely payments.

Address any billing inquiries or discrepancies raised by clients.

Compliance and Policy Administration:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
