Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Lead Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and lead complex software projects.

The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in .NET (C#/.NET Core/.NET 6/8), Azure Cloud, SSRS, and full-stack development.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coding ability, and architectural decision-making to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of .NET developers.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and design scalable solutions.

Software Development :

- Develop, test, and deploy applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/8, and Web APIs.

- Design microservices-based architectures and implement RESTful APIs.

- Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework (EF Core), LINQ, and SQL Server.

Azure Cloud Development & DevOps :

- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, and Azure Service Bus.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Manage authentication/authorization using Azure AD, Managed Identities, and OAuth2. SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) :

- Design, develop, and optimize SSRS reports and dashboards.

- Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures to fetch and present data effectively.

- Integrate SSRS reports within .NET applications.

Database & Performance Optimization :

- Design and maintain relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).

- Optimize database queries, indexing strategies, and stored procedures.

- Work with NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB, or Redis) if required.

Architecture & Design :

- Implement SOLID principles, design patterns, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and CQRS.

- Design scalable and high-performance distributed systems.

- Implement caching strategies, async programming, and background processing (Hangfire, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).

Agile & Project Management :

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high coding standards.

Required Skills & Expertise :

NET Development :

- Cloud Expertise : Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, CI/CD.

- Database & SSRS : SQL Server, Entity Framework, SSRS, Stored Procedures, NoSQL (CosmosDB/MongoDB).

- Frontend (Preferred) : Angular/React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Basic knowledge is a plus).

- DevOps & Automation : Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (Bonus).

- Security & Performance : JWT, OAuth2.0, IdentityServer, Caching, Multi-threading.

- Testing & Code Quality : XUnit, NUnit, Moq, SonarQube, Static Code Analysis.

- Architecture & Design Patterns : Microservices, SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Event-driven Architecture.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400) or .NET Certifications are a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure scenarios.
