Role Description :

The .NET Lead will manage and mentor a team of . NET developers, ensuring high-quality software development, efficient problem-solving, and adherence to best practices.

This role involves leading development efforts, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and guide the development team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.

- Development : Design, implement, and maintain .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.

- Collaboration : Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Code Review : Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and maintainability.

- Project Management : Track progress, manage risks, and report on development timelines.

- Continuous Improvement : Promote the use of agile processes, CI/CD, and modern development practices.

Required Skills :

- Experience: 5+ years in .NET development, 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Skills : Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

- Leadership : Strong experience leading teams, providing guidance, and ensuring code quality.

- Methodologies : Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices.
