Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary business leader to spearhead our business development efforts and drive the growth of our exchange business. This role encompasses turnover, client acquisition, ecosystem partnerships, engagement, geographical expansion, and overall revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset management space and will be adept at navigating a fast-evolving regulatory environment.

Core Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning and Execution :

- Develop and execute the company's overall business growth strategy, including exchange turnover, community building, and partnerships for cross-selling.

- Identify new market opportunities, including innovative products and services, to drive turnover, growth in the trading community, geographical expansion, and partnerships.

- Ensure the exchange emerges as one of the top exchanges globally.

- Business Development and Partnerships :

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, blockchain developers, fintech companies, regulators, and potential clients.

- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities to expand the company's market share.

- Manage the company's relationships with asset managers, financial institutions, and service providers, ensuring strong collaborations.

- Revenue and Profitability Growth :

- Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives and pricing strategies for digital asset investment products.

- Work with the finance team to identify opportunities for cost optimization while ensuring growth targets are met.

- Analyze business performance metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and product profitability, and adjust strategies as needed.

- Product and Service Innovation :

- Collaborate with the product development and technology teams to ensure the company's digital asset management solutions are cutting-edge and align with customer demands.

- Lead the effort in creating new crypto-related investment products, such as ETFs, tokens, and alternative digital asset solutions.

- Oversee the development of innovative financial products designed for both retail and institutional clients.

- Regulatory and Compliance Management ;

- Stay updated on global regulatory changes impacting the crypto and digital asset industries, ensuring the business adapts and complies with evolving regulations.

- Lead internal initiatives to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies, security measures, and other regulatory requirements specific to the digital asset space.

- Team Leadership and Management :

- Build and lead a cross-functional business development team focused on driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market positioning.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to senior leaders within the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that is agile and responsive to market changes.

- Market Intelligence and Industry Trends-

- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to anticipate market shifts and business risks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
