Job Description
About the role: We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer - QA to validate features and procedures for our Liminal self custodial platform. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality, identifying and automating test scenarios to implement end to end validation of the business process. You will also be required to coordinate with the team to identify areas and then implement test automation for enhanced coverage and quality check.
Responsibilities:
- Regular meeting with the Engineering team to discuss/identify test scenarios for manual and automation testing.
- Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas and enhance in the test script development .
- Identifying test execution results and creating test reports.
- Collaborating with the design, infra, security and other teams to solve application faults by enhancing the QA coverage through automation.
- Initiate ideas for automated software test procedures.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure high quality builds are released.
- Take ownership of tasks and features assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of Software Testing experience(Manual and Automation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with Gitlab/Github, Testrail/ Clickup/ Jira.
- Out of the box thinking for testing a software product.
- Manage and execute End-2-End ownership of new feature releases(with/without team).
- Must Have- Experience in Typescript/Javascript.
- Must Have- Experience in testing tools Playwright.
- Highly Desirable- Experience in Block-chain and Cryptocurrency.
- Highly Desirable- Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
