Drive performance testing and stability improvements, ensuring the software is optimized for
speed, scalability, and reliability.
Identify gaps in the existing test coverage and implement solutions to close those gaps.
Mentor junior SDETs, promoting best practices in testing and automation.

Required Skills:
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with Pytest, including writing test cases, fixtures, and plugins.
Experience with Locust for performance testing.
Proficiency in API automation using requests, pytest, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright for web UI automation.
Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Behave or Cucumber.
