Develop and implement an online sales strategy to promote products or services to customers through various online channels, such as social media, email, and website sales platforms. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and process orders through online channels. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including following up on sales inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Identify and implement strategies to increase online sales, such as promotional offers or advertising campaigns. Monitor and report on sales metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure that online sales strategies are aligned with overall sales goals. Strong communication and customer service skills.
