Senior Quality Executive

1. Implement, maintain, deliver and develop a quality management system compliant with the ISO15189
2. Work proactively to foster and embed a culture of continual quality improvement across the department.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with established standards
4. Monitor internal quality assurance and external quality assurance program.
5. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on services & processes to identify and address any deviations from quality standards
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate quality expectations and requirements
7. Document and report on quality issues and corrective actions taken
8. Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control processes and guidelines
9. Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and best practices
10. Conduct audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations
11. Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend improvements
12. Assist in the development and revision of quality control documentation
13. Participate in ensuring that effective safety procedures are in place to comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices and a safe working environment.
14.Experience of ISO15189 accreditation for Laboratories.
