Data Analyst

Role Overview:

The Data Analyst HR & Admin will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize human resources and administrative functions. The role involves analyzing HR and administrative data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance workforce productivity, operational efficiency, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Analytics:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret employee data, including turnover, recruitment, performance, and engagement metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, and training ROI.
• Perform predictive analytics to forecast staffing needs, employee retention, and skill gaps.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Administrative Analytics:

• Analyze operational data related to facilities, vendor performance, budget utilization, and asset management.
• Track and optimize resource allocation, facility usage, and administrative expenses.
• Develop KPIs for administrative processes, including vendor management and employee services.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in administrative workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies using data-driven monitoring systems.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and Admin leadership to align analytics with organizational goals.
• Present data-driven insights and strategies to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Create comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and process improvement.
• Partner with IT teams to manage data systems and ensure seamless integration between HRIS, ERP, and other platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR and/or Administration.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS and administrative management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
