Manager- Sales will be responsible for visiting customers (Retail and Commercial) for Home Interior and Modular furniture requirements and present company solutions with them. He will also be required to visits corporates/ Architect for business development.
Candidate will be responsible for,
Generating and executing business leads by visiting customers, understanding their requirement & giving a presentation for Home Interiors and Modular Kitchen solutions
Prepare presentations & share Quotation in-line with customer requirement
Visiting Corporates/ Architect for requirement generation
Manage and act on sales leads for maximum closures
Share various designs and formats, negotiate prices and close the deals in the best possible manner with customers.
Prepare Sales Report, Funnel and MIS as required by the company
Maintain bridge between designers, backend and execution team for timely and quality closures
Ensure all processes and timelines are met with commitments made to the customer

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (Marketing) / Any Graduate (Preference will be given to the candidate who has studied Architecture or Interior Designing). The candidate should have at least 3-6 years of relevant experience in selling Home Interiors and Furniture products.
Should have worked with Home Interior or furniture based company
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Should be very good in MS office
Have a fair understanding of designing and measurement concepts for better understanding and closures
Should have worked closely with architects/ clients/ the end-users
Should be able to design and explain kitchen designs to the client, negotiate price & close sales
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory and should have own conveyance
