Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working closely with vendors in smooth site execution.
- Handling contractors and getting the required deliverables from them on time.
- Control wastage on site through efficient usage of material
- Ensuring quality execution of site based on quality parameters
- Advance planning of material for smooth purchase & delivery
- Creating the order plan only after reconciling the stock
- Ensuring on time ordering of material through site coordinators as per the execution plan
- Planning the site execution plan along with Project Manager
- Ensuring on-time completion of site execution as per the plan
- Finding solutions for technical issues for site through Project Manager
- Be a bridge of communication among the vendor and the organization
- Maintaining the stock register on site with all incoming material details
- Ensuring proper storage of unused material to ensure reusability
- Timely information to office administration for return of unused material
