Roles and Responsibilities

• Required Territory Sales Manager for Hoogly & Bardhaman .
  
• Role of the Territory Sales Manager is to lead and motivate the sales team, implement marketing strategies, and ensure sales targets are met.
  
• Ensure proper service to all dealers.
  
• Two wheeler Motor Cycle with Valid Driving License, RC, Insurance, Pollution Certificate To develop the business of a designated product group through a set of dealers in the territory.
  
• Should have experience of selling Agriculture Products like fertilizer, pesticides etc.
  
• Achieve sales target for the territory for the respective product segment.
  

The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales and marketing prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Must have selling experience in agriculture products like ferilizer, pesticides, seeds etc.
• Must have basic knowledge in agriculture.
• Experience in distributor handling, farmers meeting & other promotional work.
