Job Description
Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
Must have a background in the construction equipment industry
Hands-on experience in developing fabricated and machined parts, from cost estimation to prototype validation
Knowledge of the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and development timelines
Proven experience in implementing cost-saving measures across various commodities
Familiarity with supplier networks, both local and international comprehensive understanding of the entire procure-to-pay cycle

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
05 to 08 years Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyse all aspects of a situation to gain thorough insight to make decisions
Problem Solving:
Ability to work cooperatively through complex materials issues
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize; ability to meet deadlines and strong sense of urgency; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Work Ethics:
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done in a timely manner
Language:
Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills computer Skills:
MS Office; Adobe Acrobat, PPT
Possess quality orientation, safety focus and sense of urgency in executing responsibilities;
Proactive as well as detail and results oriented with strong desire to succeed;
Ability to travel regionally and, on occasion nationally; reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
