Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance investigation portfolio
Data entry in system for investigation cases
Telecalling for paid unpaid recoveries, able to improve the paid unpaid recovery%
Preparing reports, maintaining in system sharing with stakeholders
Able to identify a good network of investigators recovery agents.
Exposure to investigation process for all LOB recovery of theft vehicles
Hands on computer, MS office
