Job Description
We are seeking passionate individuals with strong expertise in Microsoft Technology and AWS Cloud Technology. Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interacting with business users, Development and execution of midsize projects using Microsoft based technologies, converting user requirements into executable code
- Proactively manage and handle change requirements, identify potential crises and devise contingency plan
- Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders, requirements documentation and presentations
- Create and manage the plan for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off
- Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team
- Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the operations teams
- Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project
- Provide technical leadership in support of best practices to a project, ensuring solutions are scalable, available and functional
- Lead requirements interpretation, design, and custom application development in support of Microsoft technologies utilizing SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Visual Studio, and third-party plugins
- Ability to work with internal team external Business Partners (Vendors)
- Provide production support for assigned systems and troubleshoot technical issues
Secondary Skills
- Experience in GC/Waterfall,
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills(CXO s)
- Vendor Management
- Should have managed 6-8 projects ( duration of 1+year and budget 5 cr+) independently
- Technical Skills (Competent in any 5 Java, .NET, MVC, Portals, Middleware, Web Services, Integrations, APIs, SQL Servers, Mobility, Data, BI, CRM, Core Insurance Systems, SAP, Event Engines, Rules Management)
Post Graduate ,Graduate (IT Qualification Required: BE IT/BCA/MCA preferred
or/and Certified Course from reputed IT institutes) PMP/ITIL Certified
