Level AI - Lead Software Engineer - React.js/Node.js (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with leadership to define and prototype new product ideas, focusing on AI-driven solutions.

- Build full-stack solutions, from intuitive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems, using technologies like React and Node.js.

- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop and integrate advanced AI features.

- Develop and implement custom algorithms to enhance and power innovative product functionalities.

- Rapidly iterate on prototypes to validate concepts, ensure feasibility, and drive product development.

- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Maintain high technical standards, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth product development and deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and full-stack development.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with demonstrated leadership experience.

- Expertise in full-stack development, with proficiency in React, Node.js, or similar technologies.

- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing advanced algorithms.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and rapid prototyping tools.

- Experience with version control systems (e., Git).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Bonus Skills :
