Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (6-9 yrs)

Job Title : Full stack Developer (React JS + Node.js)

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : 5-9 years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role and Responsibilities :

As a Full stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing both the frontend and backend of web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement highly scalable solutions.

Frontend Development :

- Design and develop user interfaces using React.js.

- Ensure a seamless and responsive user experience across different devices.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visual designs.

- Optimize frontend applications for speed and scalability.

Backend Development :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Create and manage RESTful APIs and ensure their efficiency.

- Design and implement database schemas and queries with a focus on scalability.

- Implement security and data protection features in the backend.

Collaboration & Best Practices :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues in both frontend and backend.

- Follow industry best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Deployment & Maintenance :

- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor application performance and take proactive measures for optimization.

- Troubleshoot and fix production issues as needed.

Skills and Qualifications :

Essential Skills :

- Frontend : Strong experience with React.js, JSX, Redux, and frontend architecture patterns.

- Backend : Extensive experience in Node.js, Express.js, and working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Fullstack Development : Ability to work on both frontend and backend of applications, integrate them seamlessly, and ensure high performance.

- Version Control : Proficient in Git, GitHub, or other version control systems.

- API Development : Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Database Management : Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

- Cloud Services : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Additional Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture is a bonus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Terraform, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
