HEAD / VP - HR
A Dynamic, Young, Energetic, Fundamentally Strong, Ability to connect with the workforce, Able to convey the Strategies to the Top Management and Implement to bring in a lively, Positive and Motivated work environment that results into profitable business growth.
1. Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Objective: Build a small but highly competent team capable of scaling operations for 50% YoY growth.
- Hire industry-leading talent with expertise in DOOH, brand partnerships, and technology-driven advertising.
- implementing personalized career development and reward programs.
- Establish strategic HR policy and bible to establish SIL as industry leader with high-potential growth and incentivization program.
2. Corporate Strategy & Planning
- Objective: Align HR goals with corporate objectives to drive scalability and innovation.
- Collaborate with the CMO to implement the vision of CEO & Chairman on strategic initiatives for domestic and international growth.
- Develop a three-year roadmap for organizational scaling, focusing on lean teams with expertise.
- Monitor KPIs to assess progress toward strategic goals.
3. Training & Development
- Objective: Equip employees with cutting-edge skills to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop a robust learning management system (LMS) tailored for media and DOOH industry needs.
- Conduct quarterly leadership review and workshops on emerging trends and advanced advertising technologies.
- Partner with industry experts to provide specialized training in brand partnerships, pricing strategies, and creative technology.
4. Culture and Innovation
- Objective: Create an agile and collaborative workplace environment.
- Promote a culture of innovation by rewarding creative problem-solving.
- Foster inclusivity and cross-functional collaboration to break down silos.
- Introduce internal hackathons and ideation labs to drive technology-driven innovation.
5. Investor Relations (IR)
- Objective: Enhance the company's market reputation through strategic investor engagement.
- Collaborate with the CFO, to drive the initiatives under the CEO & Chairman to prepare investor-ready reports, presentations, and updates.
- Lead initiatives for quarterly earnings calls and shareholder communication.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to align their interests with organizational growth.
6. HR Technology Integration
- Objective: Drive digital transformation for HR operations.
- Deploy AI-driven tools for recruitment, performance tracking, and workforce analytics.
- Implement a data-driven approach to identify workforce gaps and future needs.
- Develop an employee self-service portal for real-time updates on training, appraisals, and benefits.
7. Compliance and Governance
- Objective: Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical governance in all operations.
- Oversee legal compliance in hiring practices, contracts, and corporate governance.
- Lead initiatives to standardize policies across all locations.
- Conduct annual compliance audits to ensure adherence to labor and corporate laws.
