IT Recruiter - Middle East Hiring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, specializing in hiring IT professionals for the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regional hiring challenges, visa processes, and market trends to attract top IT talent.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies tailored to the Middle East market.
• Conduct HR screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Negotiate salaries, benefits, and contract terms while staying updated on compensation trends in the GCC.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT roles,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams effectively.
• Prior experience working with staffing agencies, IT consulting firms, or companies hiring for Middle East projects is preffered.
• A strong network of IT professionals with experience in the Middle East is preferred.
