1.6 Initial negotiation with vendors

1.7 Preparation of PO along with techno-commercial terms and conditions

1.8 Identification of good sourcing vendors and opportunities.

1.9 Negotiating contracts to optimize costs and quality.

1.10 Ensure and Build a strong relationships with vendors / suppliers which will help secure good prices, delivery and quality.

1.11 Conduct performance monitoring of suppliers / vendors based on price, service quality, delivery timings etc.

1.12 Ensure that purchase targets are met 100% Plan Vs. Actuals.

1.13 Ensure there is clear understanding and communication about planning, roles & responsibilities of daily work to be done within and between the concerned departments.
