Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and onboard top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviews, and offers.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues professionally.
- Foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems and ensure timely appraisals.
- Work with managers to create development plans for employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify skill gaps and create training programs to address them.
- Promote leadership and career development opportunities within the organization.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Regularly update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structure.
- Benchmark compensation packages against industry standards to remain competitive.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and long-term growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
HR Systems and Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and workforce analytics.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
