Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong interest in sales and marketing. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and target potential clients through research and market analysis.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Analyse competitors and develop strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
- Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Proficient in English and Tamil with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong persuasive and convincing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to explain concepts clearly and relate them to real-life situations.
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into orders.
