Job Description Overall 12-15 Years in Marketing Cloud Automation - (SFMC)
- Lead the design, development, and execution of integrated marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage complex Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated email marketing programs, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation.
- Manage and optimize mobile marketing campaigns, including SMS, MMS, and push notifications.
- Integrate marketing automation with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Expertise
- Several end-end SFMC implementations
- Thorough knowledge of all core Marketing Cloud products (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Content Builder, Interaction Studio, Data Studio).
- Advanced Features : Expertise in advanced features like predictive modeling, AI-powered personalization, and complex journey orchestration.
- Integration : Strong understanding of integrating Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and external systems.
- Platform Administration : Ability to manage user permissions, data extensions, and other administrative tasks.
- Scripting & Coding : Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customizations and integrations.
- API Integration : Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for connecting Marketing Cloud with other systems.
- Data Manipulation : Ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer segmentation, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
- Business Acumen : Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Customer-Centricity : Strong focus on customer experience and the ability to deliver personalized and engaging campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Soft skills : Leadership, Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and project management skills
- Email Studio : Creating, testing, and deploying email campaigns.
- Journey Builder : Designing and managing customer journeys.
- Automation Studio : Building and managing automated workflows.
