Qualifications
- Lead the Application Operations team responsible for managing Java, Hybris, .NET, Azure, and Dynatrace, ensuring high performance and uptime across applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and successful completion.
- Provide clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders, offering technical support and guidance as needed.
- Manage team performance, allocate resources effectively, and oversee recruitment, training, and talent development.
- Align technology strategies and solutions to meet the organizations business objectives and goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Ensure effective use of Application Performance Management (APM) tools like Dynatrace for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across application operations.
- Min 10 14 years of Experience
- Proven experience managing Hybris, .NET, Azure platforms, and Dynatrace for application operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical leadership skills with expertise in application architecture, planning, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support.
- Experience in continuous improvement and driving process optimization in technology and product management.
- Expertise in mentoring and developing team members, managing resources, and aligning technology with business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies, emerging trends, and the ability to stay current with industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance and operational data to derive actionable insights for system optimization and business value
- Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
- Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
