Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Family Office of a high-profile business leader. This role involves overseeing and managing the directors various business portfolios. The ideal candidate will also handle the directors personal finances and investments, providing bespoke financial strategies tailored to their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management of Business Interests:

• Oversee the director’s business ventures - Real Estate, QSR, Luxury Retail, and Export-Import, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the director on market trends, performance, and potential opportunities or risks.
• Collaborate with respective finance heads of the individual companies to ensure seamless integration of the director’s vision with operational execution.

2. Personal Finance and Investment Oversight:

• Develop and implement tailored financial strategies to manage and grow the director’s personal wealth.
• Conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities across various asset classes, including equities, real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.
• Monitor and optimize the director’s investment portfolio to ensure consistent returns aligned with risk tolerance and financial goals.

3. Coordination with Finance Heads:

• Liaise with finance heads of all associated companies to consolidate financial data for comprehensive reporting to the director.
• Provide guidance and oversight on financial matters specific to the director’s requirements while ensuring the independence of company-level finance operations.

4. Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with the director’s personal and business interests.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards across personal finances and business ventures.
• Engage with legal and tax advisors to address complex financial and legal matters effectively.

5. Administrative and Advisory Support:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the director on matters of strategic importance related to personal and business finances.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Manage and streamline the director’s administrative tasks, including financial reporting, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.

6. Networking and Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, advisors, and business partners, to facilitate growth and opportunities.
• Represent the director’s interests in high-stakes negotiations and meetings, ensuring optimal outcomes.
