Inspira Exim Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is an initiative by one of the promoters of one of India's largest pharmaceutical companies.

The company was set up with the objective of providing end-to-end cross border trade services in Agro and Food products. The group and team has a rich experience of over 3 decades, financial capabilities and strong partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the agri commodities sector to generate leads and promote our services.
• Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns to potential clients and partners.
• Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy and relevancy of contact information.
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets for outreach purposes.
• Follow up with leads and clients via email and phone to nurture relationships and secure business opportunities.
• Research and identify new potential clients and partners within the agri commodities industry.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular feedback on campaign performance.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Help track and report on lead generation and sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the agri commodities trading industry.
• Excellent communication kills with a professional and confident phone manner.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in cold calling, email outreach, or B2B marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of the agri commodities market or trade industry is beneficial but not required.
