• Total Exp- Up to 5 years
• Location- Ahmedabad
• Job Timing- (Should be comfortable to working on 6 pm to 3 am time)
• 5 days working (Sat/Sun off)
• Should be comfortable to work with US stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Manage banks and product listings on websites and marketplaces.
• Update bank information, products, interest rates, attributes, ATMs, and branches on the website based on publicly available information from banks and credit unions.
• Address ad hoc requests from banks and customers, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and offer data-driven solutions.
• Identify process gaps and propose technology-driven solutions for efficiency gains.
• Conduct research projects to maintain product competitiveness.
• Work independently on daily assignments with a high level of accuracy.
• Regularly communicate with both the India and US teams to share work updates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of finance and banking domains.
• Excellent logical reasoning, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to independently communicate with the US team.
• Strong process-oriented approach, capable of working independently after initial training.
• Quick learner, capable of efficiently understanding and adapting to new processes.
• Ability to connect the dots based on learnings while working on day-to-day assignments.
• Ability to collaborate with management and stakeholders based on business needs and priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and HTML.
• Knowledge of HTML and SQL would be an added advantage.
