Responsibilities.

Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solution.

Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with our objectives.

Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.

Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

Your job requires.

Extensive Field Travel (Average 15 Working Days a Month).

Working with Adolescent Children (Age 14-19)/ Fresh Graduates.

Engaging stakeholders at different levels (school, industry, government, etc.).

Working with minimum Supervision.

Working in ambiguous/uncertain scenarios..

Requirements.

Mandatory.

Any Post Graduate/ Graduate from a recognized university across India..

4+ years of total experience and 2+ years of work experience in partnership or stakeholder engagement roles.

Strategic thinking, good communication skills/ people skills..

Proficiency with the core business tools i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc..

Experience in community development, advocacy, industry engagement, and coordination with district-level officials.

Enterprising in nature..

Ability to take initiatives.

Desirable.

Post Graduate Certification/Diploma in any stream under social/ rural/ skill development/ education sector.

Earlier Fellowship / Entrepreneurial Experience..
