Job Title: Design Engineer - Land Development

Job Location: Pune

Experience : 3-5 Years

Education: BE / B.Tech (Civil)

Employment Type: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction documents for various project types, including Stormwater Design, Subdivisions, Commercial site layouts, Preliminary Plats, SWPPP, Grading, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Systems.
• Utilize Civil 3D and other analysis/modelling softwares for design tasks including designing site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, surface modelling, and analysis.
• Organize and execute the preparation of base drawings, plans, and exhibits using CAD.
• Take ownership of land development projects, overseeing aspects such as master-planned communities, residential and industrial developments, and mixed-use retail projects.
• Perform quality control (QA/QC) of models and sheet files to ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Land Development and Civil Design projects from USA or Europe.
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil-3D.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with organizational abilities.
• Proven proficiency in both written and oral communication.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, site planning, and design terminologies.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Collaborative skills with Clients, Stakeholders, Project Management and Design Teams
