For our Gurgaon Office we are looking for Sr Engineer/APM/PM Underground utilities.

Position Sr Engineer/APM/PM Underground utilities.

Qualification B.Tech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical

Key Skills REVIT (MUST)

Experience 8-10 Years

Salary As per market.

1. Software Proficiency

• Civil 3D: Expertise in designing, modeling, and managing underground utilities, including drainage, sewage, water supply, and stormwater systems.
• Revit: Strong working knowledge of underground utilities modeling in Revit, including creating 3D models and coordinating with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.).
• Navisworks: Familiarity with clash detection and model coordination, particularly for underground services and infrastructure.

2. Experience in Underground Utilities

• Domain-Specific Experience: Proven experience working on underground utility systems such as water supply, stormwater, sewage, electrical conduits, telecom, gas lines, etc.
• Infrastructure Projects: Prior involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, highways, airports, or city utilities).

3. Coordination Skills

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines (civil, MEP, structural) to ensure proper coordination and integration of underground services in the overall project.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Experience with running and resolving clashes in coordination software like Navisworks for underground utilities.

4. Technical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Problem Solving: Capacity to handle design challenges related to underground spaces, such as resolving conflicts with existing structures, rerouting utilities, or handling space constraints.
• Risk Mitigation: Understanding of risks related to underground installations (e.g., water table, existing utilities, soil conditions) and the ability to propose mitigation strategies.

5. Certifications and Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualifications (B.E./B.Tech in Civil or related field).
• Additional certifications in BIM, Civil 3D, or utilities infrastructure design will be a plus.
