Cyber Security Specialist - VAPT/SIEM (12-16 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Manager to lead security testing (VAPT), risk management, threat modeling, and SOC operations while driving security consulting, training, and governance initiatives.

The role also involves pre-sales support, RFP responses, and client management, requiring a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities threat:

Technical & Consulting Responsibilities :

- Lead Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) across applications, networks, and cloud environments.

- Provide security consulting on frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls.

- Develop and implement threat modeling and risk management strategies.

- Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, and threat intelligence.

- Design and deliver security training programs for internal teams and clients.

Managerial & Pre-Sales Responsibilities :

- Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solutioning.

- Assist in RFP responses, proposals, and security solution documentation.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity best practices.

- Stay updated with emerging cyber threats and security technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in security testing, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.

- Familiarity with SIEM tools, EDR, cloud security, and identity management solutions.

- Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP responses, and client management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Preferred Certifications : CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
