Senior Data Analyst - ETL/Power BI (5-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Data Analysis :

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Data Querying :

- Write and optimize SQL queries for extracting data from complex databases.

BigQuery Expertise :

- Work with Google BigQuery to manage and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.

Data Visualization :

- Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Reporting :

- Generate periodic reports and provide recommendations based on analytical findings.

Data Quality :

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validation checks.

Automation :

- Identify opportunities to automate data pipelines and reporting processes.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in SQL (writing, optimizing, and debugging queries).

- Experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouses.

- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation (optional but preferred).

Data Visualization :

- Strong experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
