Position Title: After Sales Support Specialist

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels (phone, email, online chat, etc.).
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to lighting products, such as installation, performance, or warranty claims.
• Offer technical guidance for troubleshooting and resolving issues with lighting products, including LED systems, smart lighting, and other specialized solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the lighting products, technologies, and applications offered by the company.
• Educate customers on proper installation, maintenance, and optimal use of lighting systems.
• Provide training to customers and partners on new products, features, and services as they are released.
• Process and manage warranty claims and service requests, ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the product development or engineering team for more complex issues that require deeper technical input.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common product issues or areas for improvement.

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in after-sales support or customer service within the lighting industry, electrical products, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with lighting systems (e.g., LED, smart lighting, fixtures) is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of lighting products and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
