Service Coordinator - Hyderabad (After Sales)

We are looking for Service Coordinator / Service Manager

Experience - 7 - 12 years

Job Location - Hyderabad

1. EV Fleet Maintenance, to focus on preventive and schedule maintenance.

2. Close monitoring on kms loss, reduces breakdowns and ensure 100% vehicle availability on daily basis.

3. Routine daily and weekly checks.

4. Product performance feedback, close monitoring on product failures, diagnosis and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

5. Quality work at all depots and failure analysis and ensure no repeat jobs.

6. Implement service process & audits at all depots

7. Warranty CIR preparation/warranty claim submit in portal.

8. Must have knowledge in SAP usage.

9. Team management, Capability improvement and skill mapping of depot technical staff.

10. Depot service procedures and strategies to increase productivity by maintaining quality service norms.

11. Close monitoring on kms loss, reduces breakdowns and improve TAT for emergency off road buses.

12. Kaizen activity and maintain minimum parts stock at all depots based on historical data and actual parts consumption.

13. Coordination with internal departments, outside vendors and Govt. authorities for service concerns and updates.
