Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with other sections /departments of the Company for collecting information with respect to the Legal cases filed
- Visit to respective courts as and when required in the case
- Handling matters of respective courts and others relevant Authority including briefing the appointed Advocate and vetting replies prepared by the Advocate
- Visit to Police Stations for FIR & Other work business activity related matters
- Prepare and /or Scrutinize FIR related documents
- Prepare (draft through advocate), reply/ application before time and file in court to avoid adverse order/ action from court
- Drafting of various Agreements, Notices, Replies to Legal Cases and Notices
