JP Morgan - Analyst - Legal Entity Controller - CA (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Month-End Closing Process: Drive and manage the month-end closing activities in accordance with Indian GAAP and US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Financial Coordination: Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with statutory auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Regulatory Reporting and Automation: Prepare and submit regulatory reports, while spearheading automation initiatives and managing change processes to enhance efficiency.

- Budgeting and Capital Planning: Drive budget discussions with business, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), and capital planning to support strategic financial goals.

- Management Presentation and MIS - Preparing presentation as part LEC agenda to various local committees and Senior management

- Controls: Annual review of processes, ensure SOPs are updated, Roles and responsibilities are clearly documented.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry.

- Strong process and control mindset with keen attention to detail.

- Mature, independent, self-motivated, and conscientious, with the ability to work under pressure and drive changes.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

- Positive attitude and a good team player.
