Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Retail Tile Showroom Location: Cunningham Road, Vasanthnagar Employment Type: Full-Time (9:30 am - 7:00 pm)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our retail tile showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the retail industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the best products, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations tailored to their needs. Demonstrate a deep understanding of product features and benefits to effectively showcase tiles and related products. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle product inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up with clients to close sales. Assist in the design and layout consultations for customers, offering personalized service to enhance their showroom experience. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely replenishment of showroom stock. Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain a clean, wellorganized, and visually appealing showroom display. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the tile, flooring, or home improvement retail sector. Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a professional approach. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [local language and/or English]. Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to different customer needs.
