Job Description

Role:

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter. We are looking for a high-energy individual who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team.

Leadership is a must-have for this role. We expect you to be a knowledge source as well as a mentor.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the Co-founders and various stakeholders to understand the business needs and hiring plans
Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
Attend events and represent the company at HR-related events.
Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting.
Ability to organize and run hiring drives at college campuses.
Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Lead employer branding initiatives

Required skills:

Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proven experience of 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment function
In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software
Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
BE/Btech must have
