As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments. You will lead a team of recruiters, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals. Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, craft effective job descriptions, and establish clear selection criteria.
Leverage various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent partners.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction) and provide regular reports to management.
Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Proactively identify organizational talent needs and build robust talent pipelines for future growth.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a management or leadership role.
Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and recruitment technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
