Job Description

Role Description

Leena AI is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative to actively seek and develop new business opportunities, engage senior business leaders (Dir/VP+) to build relationships with potential customers in the North America region.

Responsibilities:

Daily Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 75 calls and send 25 personalized emails each day to engage with potential clients.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned quotas for qualifying attendees and driving attendance for events in the USA.
Lead Qualification Nurturing: Qualify and nurture leads generated from marketing campaigns. Engage in cold prospecting to drive event attendance while optimizing funnel metrics.
Customer Interaction: Engage directly with potential customers to:

-Understand their interest in LeenaAI and our solutions.

-Assess their business requirements, needs, and pain points.

Evaluate their current environment, including:

-HR onboarding systems

-HRIS

-Engagement/survey tools

-IT service/ticketing processes

Strategic objectives
Position the LeenaAI value proposition effectively to advance discussions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing/Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Engineering/Development) to address prospect and customer requirements and feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualification covering the North American market
Excellent fluency in both written and verbal English communication skills for business in the North American market
Demonstrated experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like persona and account profiling, cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
Active listening skills, natural curiosity, and a willingness to learn
Good understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings
Experience navigating large and complex organizations
Proficiency working with a CRM (HubSpot highly preferred)
Core understanding of SDR and sales performance metrics
Self-starter: the ability to plan your daily work and execute that plan
Ability to build meaningful business relationships with Leena AI prospects and internal colleagues
Team player with the highest level of integrity, one who will continue to improve the way Leena AI serves its markets and customers.
