Production (Documentation) - Chemist/ Executive - API

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor the day -to-day production activities
• Review and maintain all records related to production.
• Equipment planning for all products.
• Ensure that the cleaning status in production area at all manufacturing blocks as per cleaning procedure.
• Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth production.
• Ensure that the on job trainings are conducted as per the schedule in Co-ordination with department.
• Find the mistake/missing data in BPCRs
• Online samples monitoring Like in process and Intermediate.
• Ensure that to transfer the intermediates/finished products to warehouse by transfer note.
• To co-ordinate for plant validation activity, new projects, process changes, quality improvements activities
• Reduce the consumption maximum, Recycle as possible as, Reuse optimum level for all natural resources.
• BPCRs indent and distribution by block wise.
• Other production related works delegated by department head.
• BPCRs preparation & review, Corrections and hand over to quality assurance
• Initiation and review the Change controls
