Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - PPIC For Formulation

Role & responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Work with production, procurement, and quality control teams to align production timelines with available materials and capacities.
• Track raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent stock imbalances.
• Order raw materials and chemicals based on production forecasts, ensuring on-time availability.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to predict future demand.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, reduce lead times, and address supply chain issues.
• Resolve production delays, quality issues, and batch testing failures.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders, coordinating with production and shipping teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong analytical skills to assess demand, forecast, and optimize production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
