Officer / Executive - PPIC For API

Role & responsibilities

• Schedule production batches based on raw material availability and production time requirements.
• Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) for raw materials (RM) and packaging materials, and monitor their timely procurement.
• Control inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to meet production needs.
• Oversee the receiving and delivery of goods from the warehouse, ensuring smooth material flow.
• Plan production schedules to fulfill orders efficiently while considering routing, planning time, and product quantities.
• Provide daily production output reports to top management and prepare MIS reports (e.g., yields, stocks, solvents consumption, deviations, aging).
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, logistics, and stores for dispatch and material flow.
• Work with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely, cost-effective raw material procurement.
• Track batch movement in the production facility to ensure process adherence and efficiency.
• Review forecasts for raw materials and finished goods to ensure production alignment

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP knowledge (PP and MM modules).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, production scheduling, and procurement in an API manufacturing environment.

Excellent coordination and reporting skills for cross-functional teams
